Bobble head style toys are widely popular in Japan as a traditional gift for baby boys. These include a nodding tiger with a detachable tail; which also as a string for counter balance which supports the head enabling the head to nod from side to side. Bobble heads are often made out of various cartoon figures such as Popeye, Brutus, Looney tunes, Spiderman, Dracula and even of famous personalities such as William Shakespeare, Sigmund Freud and more.
